laser hair removal advice?
Hi, I am a very hairy guy and thinking about getting laser hair removal. I want to get my back and chest done (though I only want to thin the chest hair with a single treatment).
The technician I spoke with encouraged me to get my entire upper body done once (arms and hands) since it is quite hairy and that way it will blend in.
What should I do or any advice?
Honestly, it's up to you. If the hair on your arms and hands doesn't bother you, don't do it. If you decide later that in comparison to your newly thinned chest hair it does, you can go back.
When I have male clients looking to get rid of back hair and thin chest hair, they usually have a lot of hair on their shoulders and upper arms too. If this is the case you'll want to get that thinned out (more than the chest), for a more natural look. Unless I know that the arm/hand hair is bothersome, I don't suggest it. Most guys don't mind that.
If you aren't a beard guy (or are a neatly trimmed beard guy) you may want to ask about getting your neck done.
