Burning in genital area after using hair removal cream... help!!?

I used it and now it really burns it feels like i am on fire and i dont want to call the nhs. I am 15. It really hurts and i cant tell my parents. I did use the one for genitals and i tried cold water and it burned.
I used it for less than the time it said and it was for gentials

maybe your skin had a negative reaction to it? or maybe your skin is so sensitive you should use a less abrasive way to remove hair.
