I have been going to ideal image for the past two years to get a brazilian finished. the last two treatments i had i was burnt. the last one, i was burnt the worst - like had scabs! it healed just fine. Now i have little circles on the inside of my thigh where the laser was. so think of little tiny dark circles all over my skin. I asked them and they said it isn't permanant but the never seen that before....then how do they know???

I haven't caused it, and I haven't actually seen it on anyone, but I saw photos in my training. And they should have too. Most likely, it's not permanent, but it will take a long time to fade. It's just going to look that way for a while, it won't cause any additional problems. There is always a possiblity that hyperpigmentation is permanent, but you won't know until it goes away. Or not.
