Nair, Wax, Veet, Help?!?

I need help deciding what would be the best way to go regarding hair removal in the bikini area. I am a competitive gymnast, so I am required to wear high cut suits, therefore, it is not an option for me to leave the hair there. Shaving is also not an option, because all I am left with is a trail of red, bumpy skin that is full of ingrown hairs.
I am looking for an AT HOME treatment. I'm considering nair, veet, or a wax. Pain is not an issue for me. Also, I would prefer something that is: easy to use, fairly quick, and allows me a fair amount of time before I have to repeat it.
Please recommend products that you HAVE TRIED.

I would defitnitely do waxing because it's bump free, quick, & hair takes awhile to grow back .

I wouldn't use nair in that area because it's sensitive & tends to get itchy & irritated after a couple of days .

Don't use veet, it doesn't work . You'll waste your seven dollars trust me .
