Can I sue a doctor if I have received burn marks on my skin from IPL for hair removal?
I told the doctor specific places where my hair grows. He did the treatment on other places on my face as well that does not include my problem areas. Also, no paperwork was done except for filling out name and address and just the payment. So, I never signed any kind of consent except for my credit card receipt. We had prior consultation, and said the treatment after effects should last two days. I am African-American of a caramel complexion, and my marks are very dark over my face. Also, i'm in South Korea.
Did not sign a consent? I think you going to the doctor and asking for hair removal is consent by anyone's judgement.
