Can you get laser hair removal almost everywhere?

Ok well I for one am DISGUSTED with most facial hair (except eyebrows and eyelashes) and ALL body hair. When or IF I ever make enough money, I will get rid of every single bit of hair on my body except on the scalp,eyebrows,and eyelashes.
But I was wondering:

hey, u know i wanted to do that too, get a facial hair removal .
BUT i researched it and seen in magazines that it DOESN'T WORK =[
sad, but true. theirs stories of how u can get scars and get damage spots because of it. not only are u risking your face, something its looked at everyday, but hair the HAIRS GROW BACK! yes it wont grow for a year or two but I'll grow back the bad thing is that when it grows back. It grows very different then when u had it. to some they grew darker some longer. so i would recommend u not to do that.
i have decided not to get it done, and just be happy for how i look. =]
i would really think twice about it...
