What is the best way to permanently remove gray chin hairs for women?
I have heard that electrolysis causes "bumps" under the skin where the hair still trys to grow out, and that laser hair removal can only be done on dark hair?
I have not heard that electrolysis causes "bumps", though it might temporarily irritate the skin...because you have to treat hair by hair...so this is probably a symptom of the follicle pores.
I'd recommend using MOOM hair removal for women. Its a natural product, is very effective and doesn't hurt
