does laser hair removal for upper lip actually work, or does it keep coming back?
please, if anyone has had experience with this, tell me about it, and also do you need to grow it all out before you go in for treatment? how long does it take? do you regret it? how much did it cost? thanks!
Make sure its at normal length and not stubble before you get it done. I'm not sure of the cost, it depends on what country you're in. And when you get it done the hairs WON'T grow back again but there will be bumpy red sores there (a few days minimum/1 to 2 weeks maxium I think) and those will go away soon after. The treatment shouldn't take very long either. I'm not sure if there's anastethic involved, it might only take a few seconds - just a quick zap probably, and it's over. Hope I helped! D
