Will laser hair removal help relieve the darkening of underarm skin? Products for whitening underarms?

I haven't been able to wear any sleeveless or short sleeved t shirts since i was 13 because of dark underarm skin.. I heard it's because of shaving too much so I was thinking of getting laser hair removal. Maybe it will help my skin color to be normal since I won't shave anymore? And since laser hair removal is a costly thing, what are the alternatives, like, is there anything on the market that is used for bleaching skin or anything that can make my skin go back to normal? It will help if you give the brand name, and where to buy it. Thanks.

Im not sure its to do with the shaving you know, coz i suffer they same thing too for as long as i can remember, i experimented recently, i stop shaving for months, since the end of last summer up until now and found no change after, even before putting the blade there again there was no difference.
I have looked into and read that it is not ideal for people of colour to use laser hair removal, but it didnt state why, but im still looking for other means aswel, dont worry sister i feel you.

also it probably wouldn't be a good idea to put any bleech on your self, it could cause damage and/or leed to skin irritation when putting on deodrant or with any other hair removal system that you may use.

what i try to do to solve the problem is put a little palmers coco butter or bio oil there b4 appyling deodrant, in hope that soon the dark marks would fade, you should try it, good luck sister.
