laser hair removal over tattoos?
hi im looking to get laser hair permanent removal on arms ,chest and back but hav been told they cant do it over tattoos? is this true or is it just a case with some places who do it and maybe the different technology with their machines?
I think that's probably legitimate. Laser hair removal targets the pigment in the hairs. The best candidates are people with light skin and dark hair, dark skin and blonde hair tends not to work. Based on that, I'm guessing it'd target the pigment in the tattoo.
