What type of Laser Hair Removal is best for upper lip?

Hi everybody, I am 18 years old and I need your advise. What type of laser is best for upper lip?
I have some fuzz on my upper lip that I want to get rid of permanently for quite a while now. I was looking into laser hair removals. I do not want to spend money that i barely have on something that i would regret for the rest of my life. I was wondering for how long it will last when i get it done? Because i can't afford for bunch of appointments. I am just a student and that still looking for a job. Also how many appointments will i need to get rid of all the hair on my lip. I heard that 6 Treatment Package will coast me about $ 250? Is it worth it? 6 Treatment last for how long. It is really important to me. Does any one know any of good doctors in Florida that i should talk to about laser?

It can last forever if you have the the correct skin type (below is a link to a chart of skin types). Is $250 a qoute that you've gotten? Everything that i've seen it'll cost between $100-$300 per treatment. But my assumption is you'd get a discount for a package.
