Home hair removal lasers - any good?
Has anyone any experience of those hand held electric laser machines that you can buy in Boots and on QVC etc? I was thinking of buying one but wondered if they really work? Thanks in advance!
I think it's another gimmick. If I were you, I would read some reviews about this product. I would search on line for the specific product reviews, forums, etc. Do some research before buying this product. You may want to also check with Consumer Reports.
I don't know anything about the home hair removal lasers, but I do know that hair removal lasers usually work best with olive skin tone and dark hairs. They usually do not work on blond hair. Also, when you get professional laser hair removal, it takes about 6 sessions (or more) to have the hair removed and it doesn't always work completely. The hairs will be more fine, thinner, and lighter, but doen't necessarity disappear completely and forever. It also hurts a lot.
