Laser Hair Removal Technician
I am 22 and really interested in studying towards becoming a laser-hair removal technician..?

Does anyone have any information how I can get into this as I have been told that you dont need a degree for this. Any information about this would be grateful as I am finding it difficult to get the information I need.

Perhaps looking into a program for electrolysis would be a good beginning. Here is a website with general career info: US Occupational Outlook Handbook www.bls.gov/oco and can type into search 'esthetician' or perhaps 'registered nurse'.

I typed into yahoo.com 'electrolysis and association'. You may btw need to get your certification as an esthetician otherwise called a skin care specialist. Here is another website about electrolysis: American Electrolysis Association http://electrology.com And perhaps you can call around to various beauty spas and/or plastic surgeon's offices and ask them of their technician's credentials, where they went to school.

If you do find out that the skin care program will help you to obtain a position as a laser hair removal tech, perhaps you can look at the county vo-tech schools that offer such programs as opposed to private schools which can be thousands of dollars.
