Which is the best permanent hair removal (or reduction) method? e.g. Laser, IPL, Electrolysis etc.
Also- do any of them leave your skin red afterwards?
Laser or IPL is the best as long as the technology is fairly recent. Your skin is generally red for 2-4 hours after a treatment. Make sure you go to someone good. The attached sites have provider options and more information.
